Ultrasonic Diagnostic Systems

Ultrasonic Diagnostic System generates an ultrasonic to make body tissue to feedback by echo and visualize internal body structure by recording reflections (echoes). It scans the echoes by moving ultrasonic transducer with motor.

This made possible to make 2D image into 3D by scanning.

To make ultrasonic image clearer, the motor with encoder and reduction gear in oil is used to this application. The encoder and gear can count for long hours in oil and have special sealing structure which would not to scatter debris.

High speed response and constant speed is the most important characteristics for this application. In order to make these characteristics into practice, a specific servo driver was also developed by ourselves.
